Transparent safety - no guesswork, no surprises.
With varying safety standards in private jet travel, it’s easy to be confused. We want you to be well-informed. Our transparent policy is unique. All safety details, including the aircraft operator’s ARG/US rating and pilot experience, are available to you prior to each flight. Our comprehensive safety approval process is rigorous. In fact, less than 10% of FAA Part 135 aircraft operators meet our safety and quality requirements.
For U.S. flights, in addition to operating under FAA Part 135 regulations, we require that:
- aircraft operators are ARG/US gold or platinum safety rated,
- a TripCHEQ* is performed prior to every flight,
- pilot in command (PIC) has a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours,
- crew has a minimum 250 hours in the specific aircraft type, and
- operational control is verified.
Know whom you fly with. Identifying who maintains operational control is an essential aspect of safety. At Jets.com, we provide you with this information and ensure our safety standards are fully met for every flight.
